Connect24 Buttom does not work with past email

    Hallo
    I’ve installed the app and the Extension for Chrome. I can see the button and for the new email incoming I can register the new contact in Bitrix24.
    But if I looking for old email of a lead already present in Bitrix and I click the button Connect24 nothing happens and in Bitrix24 under that lead name there is no email history
